There are various types of Indoor Environmental Air Quality Surveys available depending on the particular needs of the project and the information provided.

Utilizing state of the art electronic moisture detection equipment, viable and non viable air/surface samples, bio-reveal real-time biological detection system, infra red technology, education and experience will allow our Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) to identify Indoor Environmental Air Quality issues, Mold and Allergen contamination.

Mold Investigation, Evaluation and Testing are conducted exclusively by our teams of Indoor Environmental Professionals (IEP). Our investigations and reports provide an in depth analysis of the various interior and exterior environmental conditions that could effect your health and that of your loved ones that can be traced to Mold growth and contamination.

We utilize the latest state of the art detection equipment  and combine this with our decades of experience, knowledge of structures and building assemblies and finally our construction and architectural background allows us to pinpoint the water intrusion issue and any mold amplification.

Things to consider regarding a Survey:

What are the needs that would define the required Survey?:

• Is the property to undergo remediation?

• Is there a need to find the water intrusion sources?

• Are the Occupants sick or claim to be sick?

• Does anyone have Asthma and or Allergies?

• Does anyone have a Hypersensitivity disorder?

• Are Babies or young children present?

• Is the Property housing Elderly?

• Will there be any Occupants with Immune deficiencies?

• Has anyone undergone a Bone Marrow Transplant?

• This is a Public Facility, Health Facility, School, etc.?

• Is this a Tenant / Landlord issue?

• Any time Mold Remediation is accomplished a Post Remediation Validation Test (PRVT) is required.
