In Mold Removal

Generally all Mold Remediation work shall conform to the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), specifically IICRC S520 -Standard Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation, latest edition; and as elaborated, modified and or defined herein.

All Structural Drying shall conform to the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), specifically IICRC S500 -Standard Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration, latest edition; and as elaborated, modified and or defined herein.

All Mold Remediation work shall be accomplished and completed prior to any Structural Drying being applied, providing the finish and structural framing material is not or will not become structurally compromised.

Safety and Protection Personal Protective Equipment(PPE);during the actual work process, the workers shall wear respirators, Tyvek suits and other PPE as necessary. During application and until gas is cleared use appropriate safety equipment and respirator cartridges for Chlorine Dioxide gas.

Critical Items:

– Turn off gas at main.

– Property needs to be vacant during treatment and until gas is cleared
